2007 Audi S6 Base 10Cyl5.2L - Brakes

Check Engine light went on.

Just replaced brakes pads and rotors also put new tires on car...could it be related to engine light appearing? Indicator stays on when car is running,
does not blink or flash.

  It is possible. Try to diagnose your vehicle with a scan tool to determine what the stored trouble code your check engine light is indicating.

  I don't have a scan tool.....is it safe to drive to an Audi dealership?

  BOB you can take it to advance auto parts or auto zone there they will scan it for free get the codes and post them on here so we can help you yes you can drive it there.................keep us posted ...........thank-you and good-luck
