Changing tail light(brake light)

I unscrewed the 2 screws on the side of the tail light but it is very hard to pull off the tail light itself. I feel if I force it too hard I might break it. Any advice on how exactly to take off the tail light without breaking it? I am trying to replace the brake light bulb but I cannot get the tail light housing off.

  They have clips as well and yes they hang on for dear life! You could use a narrow thin plastic some thing like a hard spatula to slip between the body and tailight and very carefully run it around the tailight but dont pry ! It's very easy to break you could stop into a shop and they probably would'nt charge more than 5 to 10 dollars.
