What could be causing my engine light to come on???
When I'm driving the transmission will lock up and I can't go over 25mph... I have to stop my car in the middle of the street and turn the car off and then turn it back on and it's fine for a little bit longer and then it happens again.

rick 9/21/2012Have the codes read . That's why the check engine light is on . Any parts store will do it for free . Once you have the codes and tell us what they are and we can help .
