My car won't turn over. All lights, horn and radio work. Tried to jump still won't turn over. 1978 corvette

Car won't turn over. Lights, horn, radio work and battery seems to be charged. Turn the ignition and get nothing. Tried several times to jump. Still won't turn over. 1978 corvette.

  Might have a bad starter. Check for battery voltage to the small wires at the starter solenoid during crank.

  Definetly Starter.If your ever stranded,and you can get to the starter,tapping it with a block of wood or hammer might free it up and start.
