My Car won't start key won't turn I have aright front flat as a safety feature would this cause the ignition to lock

Ignition won't turn when i insert key and won't even turn to start car. Being that my right front tire is flat would this cause this problem as a safety feature, for safety.

  no, the flat tire is unrelated. You need a new ignition lock cylinder.

  if you have another key in the house somewhere, try it.
