The engine cranks (rotates) but will not run? Is that what you are saying?

Are you able to eventually get the engine running after repeated attempts? The Altima is known for bad fuel pumps causing what is called "extended cranking" which can often be very extended and require 2 to 10 attempts to start the engine. Changing the crank sensor was a good bet but I also did the same thing to a 2005 Altima and the cam sensor and it did not fix it. A new fuel pump did fix it. My car had no fault codes as well.
