Why car won't move after replacing timing belt?
replaced the timing chain but car will not move now. It starts up perfectly fine now but when put in gear it wont move.

    may be you change the correct position of the belt

    did you pull the engine when doing the timing belt? if the engine is running and you put it in gear and nothing happens, then thats not an engine problem sounds like something is going on with the transmission. I asked if you removed the engine wondering if possible forgot to attach the fly wheel bolts?
