  most likely needs a fuel pump. attach a fuel pressure hose adaptor and gauge to the schrader valve on the fuel rail. the pressure must read a minimum of 60 psi while cranking. it should also maintain residual fuel pressure on th gauge reading with just key on - engine off. if it reads 50 psi for example, the engine will not start.
