felplay 10/11/2012take the battery to auto zone for test, it's free, clean the wires terminal.. if the car start up and them stall the alternator may be the problem.. -
Barry D 10/11/2012First off if the engine is turning over (spinning) the battery is fine. If you just hear a click that's the starter enguaging the fly wheel or flex plate but not turning the engine. This could be a weak battery or a bad sterter or a bad connection at the battery, starter or engine ground. If the engine turns over real fast and does not make a puffing sound like it's trying to start you could have a broken timing belt or the timing has jumped. Also you need to have the fuel and spark checked no fuel pressure or spark will cause a no start condition. Is or has the check engine light been on? A bad crenk shaft sensor will also cause the enging not to start.
