1995 Honda Civic LX 4Cyl1.5L - Engine

car will not start and hazard light and dash lights blink on and off by themselves. I tried jumper cables and o go.

radio lights etc. all work so its ot like the battery is dead

  Hi
  Does this vehicle have an aftermarket security system? If so I recommend removing it, one wire at a time of course, you could make more problems that you already have if it is not removed cleanly.
