why does my car wants to shuts down(stutters and shakes) and starts up while i'm driving?

  Could be a problem with throttle position sensor, or the engine is misfiring due to defective plugs. Try to have an engine tune-up first and get the engine computer scanned to get the fault codes. Have them posted here so we can advise repairs.
