what causes my car to run sluggish from start and rpms are high like it needs another gear

doesnt do it all the time but it seems that it is fuel related like bad gas or injectors

  Your vehicle is quite new. I suggest that you diagnose first your vehicle with a scan tool to see if there is a stored trouble code in your vehicle or if it’s still under warranty take it to the dealership.
