Why is my car leaking coolant,from the bottom?

My car just started to leak water,but its coming from the bottom,meaning its not coming from the radiator directly,nor a hose.Looks like is coming from a screw in the bottom right in front of the oil pan.There are no lights on.and is not overheating.

  Could be a leaking water pump or bypass hose.

  Thanks,I appreciate you very much,but i see 1 of my hose coming from the radiator,that is leaking oil,but is not dripping is just wet,but when i start the car the water just starts running.
