2000 Nissan Xterra XE 6Cyl3.3L - Engine

Car has very erratic idle when engine warms up. Should I be looking at cam/crank shaft sensors or distributor?

Have checked for vacuum leaks, installed new plugs (wires are good), new rotor and distributor cap.

  I want you to plug in a code reader and tell me what codes are stored if any. the engine light need not be illuminated for there to be codes. It is not a cam or crank sensor that is causing your rough idle. I need to know codes first before I comment.
