  Check engine light come on? try checking it for trouble codes first any code would be very helpful. som things that could be at fault
  
  MAF/MAP sensor, the throttle position sensor a crank sensor

  iam working on a sonata with the same problem check with my scantool and got codes for camshaft senor it can also be the crank /MAF/MAP IT IS BEST TO CHECK FOR CODES.
