Why is the brake pedal low?

Four wheel disc brakes with ABS. i Replaced the brake hoses, pads, rotors and calibers and after continually bleeding the wheels the pedal is low. The car stops fine but the pedalis very low.

  Posting solution for anyone with this issue in the future. Replace the ABS sensor RINGS on both front wheels and bleed all 4 wheels. (teeth rusted away any was sending bad readings to omputer)The car stops like new. Rich
