Brake and abs lights on after start up.

Brake and abs lights on after start up.I checked fuse all are ok. Today during a rain shower I did a Break check HARD and truck brakes locked up with no abs help what do I do next?

  How bad are the brake pads. If they are worn out, it could be rubbing the sensor. If they are not worn, one of the sensors could be bad.

  Brake pads were replaced 20,000 miles ago. Both abs front sensors were replaced 5,000 miles ago. Today I went to Autozone for a scan and their scan tool could not read a problem. How ever yesterday I did a brake check and I could get the tires to lock up with ease.
