2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT 6Cyl5.9L - Transmissions & Drivetrains
Recently bought this 06 Dodge diesel, auto transmission,
Very slow to go into overdrive. For instance, one stretch of 2 mile road I travel, going 45 to 50 mph, it may or may not ever go into overdrive. These conditions are with carrying no load. Also, while traveling up a slight grade, it hesitates downshifting. When traveling through a parking lot, at very low speed, truck seems to lurch or is confused about weather to shift up or down. Truck has 90k miles.
