One bolt broke from thermostat holder. How can replace.

I try to turn but stop on right and left.

  There are no rules here. Replace the housing that the bolt broke in or try to drill it out and retap the hole, but this procedure can only be done by the best of mechanics, and even then there is no guarantee.
