van wouldn't start.Jumped started it and when I shut van off the blower motor wouldn't shut off.I checked blower motor fuse and it was good.I checked blower motor,circuit for contitnunity both good.I cleaned out debris in blower motor housing.battery sparking when I reconnect neg.Any ideas
