1997 Oldsmobile Regency Base 6Cyl3.8L - Engine

my battery loses it's power. after charging the battery it loses its power after a few days of driving.

75734 miles had battery checked,alternator checked both normal,replaced fuel relay switch,tune-up,replaced egr vavle, coolant sensor. Took the car back to tune-up place they said fuel pressure was low and pump was bad. But the car does't stall or loose acceleration. Would a bad fuel pump drain the battery?.

  When you've mention that your battery is checked? Did you also check your battery state of charge? How old is your battery? Battery's life is 3yrs - 5 yrs only and its performance will deteriorate.

  you have a dead cell in your battery replace battery
