Backfire alternator and voltage regulator have been fix along with tune up and still backfiring. black smelly smoke too
and i changed the oil and filter and now it stalls , mainly when coming to a stop. it never has stalled before the oil and filter were changed then it started right away to stall.please help if you can on both problems.. thanks...

jlofwash 7/18/2012Black smoke is indication of unburnt fuel, is it fuel injected or carbourated? EITHER WAY HAVE CARB OR INJECTORS CHKED...and back fire is usually caused by a timing issue
