Auto Tranny won't shift to 3rd or greater gears

1st and 2nd gear work great, almost feels like the clutch is out

  Yes-the 3-4 clutch-pack probally has worn or burnt clutches -unit has to be removed and inspected(before you do this be sure to run a dianostic ck for any codes)
