My antenna is stuck only goes partially down on my 2002 Lexus Sc 430 where to take it to get repaired?

It happens when turning car off suppose to go all the way down, it goes all the way up when turning car on, I can hear the motor working but antenna won't go all the way down.

  It may be the antenna is faulty, or the antenna motor is faulty. Research the AutoMD website inthe 'How-To-Guides' feature for the specific steps to replacing the power antenna.
  
  Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement parts.

  Take it to the Lexus dealer.U might have a broken antenna mast.Its a special procedure to remove the antenna,requires 2 people.
