I had same problem and found a mud dobber had taken up residence inside the drain line (no joke).
A friend of mine had same problem on new car, ruined his interior before he figured out what it was, and long story short, guy at oil change place stuck a socket extension in his drain line exit under car while he was changing oil because he didn't like the water draining all over him standing underneath when he was working and forgot to take it out.
find the drain exit under car or bottom of firewall area, squirt liquid up in there, run a peice of wire or coat hanger up there, careful not to go to far up and damage ac condensor, and or rig up a vaccuum cleaner nozzle and restrict it down to size of drain line and suck out the yuck. to keep it clear you can rig a peice of stocking hose over the opening to keep critters out.
