My air bag light goes on and off at will what could cause this and how do i fix it

this started to happen aftermy truck was stolden and i took it to a dealer for repairs they had all the doors off for repairs and also none of the window or locks work except from the master control can you help.

  Take back to dealer and ask what their warranty on repairs is.

  remove the battery cables and hold the positive and negative cables (WHILE NOT CONNECTED TO BATTERY!!!) together for about 2 minutes. This procedure will reset your vehicles KAM (keep alive memory) and will get rid of check engine/air bag lights as long as everything is connected properly or if dont work
  It means the air bag system has a problem and has been deactivated.
  
  When you turn the key to on the SRS computer runs a self check of all of its sensors and actuators. The computer detected something wrong, and turned on the light.
  
  Now would be the time to take it in to a shop that has a scan tool that can access air bag/SRS systems.
  
  They will be able to see which sensor the computer is not happy with and go from there.
  
  The car is perfectly safe to drive with the air bag light on. But the air bags will not go off in a crash.good luck and happy 2011

  i have a 2001 1500 dodge ram truck that was in a wreck and i need the air bag warning too sequence on then shut off to pass the safety inspection how do i by pass the light after the the active diagnostic then false the light too off so too aquire my plates?
