1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6Cyl4.0L - Body & Interior

My AC/Heater fan only blows air on "high" setting.. any ideas on what needs replacing?

  Start with the switch. It could also be a resistor or ballast. Check in that order.

  We actually replaced entire pc that has the 3 knobs on it (fan speed, temp ect..) I'm assuming that is the ballast, right? Where is the resistor?
