Why is my ac is making noise? The noise is in the passenger side dashboard behind the air bag.

It sounds like a leaf in front of a fan. It only makes the noise on ac and ac max setting not on defrost.

  Remove the blower motor (easy) and see if there is junk caught in the blower cage, rempove the junk and reinstall the motor.
