2003 Hyundai Elantra GT 4Cyl2.0L - Engine

The car won't turn over, starter has been checked, battery has been checked. There is power to everything lights, radio

Shop said the timing chain broke, I thought maybe it was the computer. I thought if the timing broke it would still turn over but not fire.

  The Elantra has a belt and chain, and it is an interference engine. I would think the belt would break before the chain. Regardless, the engine will not turn over.
