Check with the individual recall information to see if there is a mileage or time limit. See if there are any recalls related to safety - get these taken care of first, as is possible. The TSBs are merely an indication of the factory notification of a service tip or fix, or repair - and by themselves are not necessarily dealing with any manufacturing or design defect.
Try the AutoMD website for all the recall and TSB information for your vehicle.
