Have a 95 eng installed in a 93 car. When starting it revs uncontrollably. Throttle plate is closed. Need ideas for fix.
Distributer and throttle assmbly with sensor were installed to match 93 computer. I'm not familar with computer controlled engines. I need ideas of where to look! Thanks.
