1989 Honda Civic DX 4Cyl1.5L - Steering & Suspension
My 89 Honda civic dx is making a grinding noise. Hubby thinks its the power steering pump but I haven't had any problems
We recently replaced all tires brakes and front axles. And a new water pump

    Check the fluid level and the power steering belt. Turning the wheel should affect the noise.
