1986 Subaru XT GL 4Cyl1.8L - Steering & Suspension

I have 86 XT with Air Suspension, the height light on the dash if flashing very fast up and down,

the height button is also flashing and does not respond when pressed. There is no air in the struts and the pump does not pump.
