Jimm 2/16/2013When you refer to 'responsibility' do you mean the warranty period or coverage? If yes, then check if your warranty extends beyond the standard 3 years / 36000 miles - for example; if you have purchased any extended warranty. If not, then yes these items would be considered as repairs performed at your expense.
