2001 Pontiac Aztek Base 6Cyl3.4L - Transmissions & Drivetrains

Will a 4 sp auto trans from a 2002 grand am 3.4l fit a 2001 aztek 3.4l?

they are both 3.4l v6s with 4sp auto transmissions. they look to be the same. im wanting to take the trans out of the grandam and put it into the aztek. both front wheel drive also
