2004 Honda Odyssey Stalling when gas level is at 1/4 of a tank
Need some help. About a week ago, my wife was driving our 2004 Honda Odyssey and it started stalling when the gas gauge reaches about 1/4 of a tank. It wouldn't start back up right away, but if you wait 3 minutes, it started and we were able to drive it home and to the gas station. We filled the tank and have had no issues until this week and the same thing is happening again. Any idea to what is causing the issue. Honda couldn't find anything wrong with the car and I can’t risk my wife getting stuck with our four kids in the winter. Thank you

The fuel pump strainer might be partially clogged, with 1/4 tank, it might not be submerged under the fuel, it's creating a gas starving to the lines.
Hope this helps.

carberry 1/8/2013Just as a Follow up - It was the fuel Pump. when replacing, do you have to prim the pump? If so how do you prim the fuel pump on this car? -
