  You mean your rear diff? Well you have to get it serviced to prevent oil from pouring out, i mean that is the reason why you are hearing a loud noise.
  
  No Oil = Noise
  
  I dont think it cant get any simpler that that.

  Well, with all due respect what else do you want me to say? You practically gave the problem to me on a silver platter. I cant think of another problem that might arise from what you have given.
  
  Loosing oil in rear end + Making a loud noise when given gas = What else is there to think about?
