Several possibilities; poor / loose / corroded ground connection - either at the battery or at the chassis ground connection. Check this first - should be clean and tight. Next, check the positive battery connection - same; should be clean and tight. Then, check the fuses and relay panel - look for any loose connections, clean any evidence of corrosion - sometimes the fuses can build up a slight corrosion on the electrical contact surfaces. Simply, unplug and reinsert - in most cases this will clean them.
The next check is the alternator or serpentine drive belt - check for the correct tension, be sure the belt tensioner is not faulty or worn. Check the belt condition, be sure there are no glazed spots or belt pieces missing. Replace as required.
