Locate your antenna mast.

Inspect the antenna mast for damage or corrosion.

Depending on your vehicle you may need to rotate a retaining ring to gain access to the mast or you can unbolt the mast directly from the antenna base.

Remove antenna mast from the vehicle.

Inspect antenna base for corrosion and damage.

Install new antenna mast on base.

Turn the vehicle's radio on to verify repairs.
