Open the hood and locate the washer tank.

Inspect the washer tank for signs of leaking.

Check to make sure the tank has washer fluid

Have an assistant activate the washer pump using the controls in the steering area, stand in front of your vehicle and listen for the motor to activate.

Remove any parts to gain access to the washer tank, such as battery, splash shields or air filter housing.

Remove the old washer tank.

Remove the washer pump and gasket from the washer tank.

Install the new washer pump and reconnect the wiring.

Re-install the washer tank.
10
 
Re-install any parts that were removed to allow access to the washer tank.

Fill the tank with a specially designed windshield washer fluid mixed with water.
