Always wear safety glasses when working on your vehicle. Wear other personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, for example latex gloves or closed toe shoes.

1

2
Determine how the emblem is mounted. They are either held on by an adhesive, by screws, by tabs, or are part of an assembly such as the grille.
3
Remove the emblem. For emblems that are not adhesive, you will need to open the hood and gain access to the back of the emblem.
4
Clean the area if you have an emblem with adhesive.
5
Install the new emblem. If the emblem uses adhesive, the new emblem is similar to a sticker. Just peel the back and apply to the surface.
6
If the emblem uses adhesive, allow it to dry for 1-2 hours before driving.
