Turn the key to the on position to provide power to all interior accessories.

Locate the wiper switch mounted to the steering column.

Turn the wiper switch to the on position.

Inspect the wipers for proper operation while selecting different speeds.

Turn the key to the off position. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Disconnect the wiring harness from the switch.

Remove the old switch and replace it with a new switch.

Connect the wiring harness to the new switch.

Connect the negative battery cable.

Test the wiper switch for proper operation to verify the repair.
