Locate the rear defroster grid on the rear window.

Turn the rear defroster off.

Ground the negative cable connector with a DMM (digital multi meter).

Turn the rear defroster off.

Disconnect the rear defroster connectors.

Perform repairs with a repair kit and conductive coating.

Let the coating dry.

Reconnect the defroster connectors.

Test the grid to verify the repair.
